You can celebrate the region’s finest artisanal cheeses from nutty sheep’s milk tommes and sharp Cheddars to creamy triple cremes and tangy goat cheeses at Flushing Town Hall on Saturday, December 6th. Presented by New York Epicurean Events, the Great Northeast Cheese Fest will offer tastes of more than 60 different cheeses, and attendees can meet the makers to learn about their cheeses.
Oh, and there will be beverage pairings: beer, wine, cider, and spirits.
